If you are a free service, how do you make money?

Like brokers in other industries, we are paid commission by the telecommunications providers for referring them customers.

Will this affect my rates?

This does not mean higher cost to you for using us. The benefit of going through us is that we do all the hard work in finding the best phone plan for your business amongst the hundreds of plans out there. We can also negotiate special rates for high spend customers.

What happens next?

We handle everything for you, from completing the applications, arranging transfer of services, supplying new phones and will be your one point of contact for all your future communications needs. You really can’t go wrong!

Will my phone numbers change?

No. You can keep your numbers even if changing providers.

Will I receive bills from you?

No, you will be billed directly by the provider.

What if I am already on the best business phone plan?

In our experience, around 8 out of 10 businesses that approach us are paying too much and are on the wrong phone plans. However, our analysis may show that you are with the right provider and plan. In that case, we will suggest you stay with your current arrangement. There is no pressure to move unless there will be considerable savings. The decision is always left to our customers.
